The former five-star recruit was top 10 in the ACC in defensive stops last season (41) and led Clemson in run stops (26).

After leading Pitt with 101 tackles and two pick-sixes in 2025, Biles committed to Texas on January 10, 2026. All-ACC 2nd Team. Biles is a versatile OLB with two-way (receiver/ballcarrier) potential. He marries the Bills' need for OLB-SS depth with the Pitt scouting history. "Rasheem The Dream". Kyle Louis and Rasheem Biles are the best LB duo in the country. Biles made PFF's "Top 10 Returning LB for the 2025 Season" –at #10. I'd be tempted to put Indiana Safety Louis Moore in here, too –he has 5 INTs this year. Hoosier Daddy. As a receiver.
