How it works
College Football Game Simulator: how to play
Choose two FBS teams
Search college football teams by school, mascot, or abbreviation, or narrow the choices by conference. Current records and the latest available AP Poll help you choose a matchup. Ranked teams appear first, followed by unranked schools alphabetically.
Simulate a college football game
Play with the published 2026 college rosters and college football rules. Choose home-field advantage or a neutral site, then watch the same animated field and use the same playback controls as the NFL Game Simulator. Displayed records and rankings refresh independently of the simulation ratings.
Compare outcomes
Review the final score, individual overtime periods, team statistics, and player performances. Replay the same game or try a new seed for another outcome. The model describes a simulated matchup; it is not a guarantee of a real game result.
