Signed with Ohio State out of the transfer portal in January of 2026 after four seasons at Duke. A sleeper to be sure, this Man-Zone Slot/Nickel Safety has been named one of the nation's top 10 returning safeties by Pro Football Focus (PFF). An Academic All-ACC honoree, Moore was a Second Team All-America pick by Action Network in 2024 after starting all 13 games. He booked 71 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, four interceptions, five pass breakups and two caused fumbles. C, native led the Blue Devils in INTs, tied for the Blue Devils' lead in caused fumbles and ranked fourth in tackles. Moore led all Power Four safeties in 2024 with a 90.1 PFF overall grade. 2025 (Redshirt Sophomore): Played in all 12 games. Made 78 total tackles, four TFLs, nine pass breakups and forced a fumble. Finished sixth in the ACC and first on the team with nine passes defended. Allowed just two touchdowns all season. Named ACC defensive back of the week and awarded to PFF's Team of the Week following a standout performance in the win over SMU (10/25). Only five ACC defensive backs played more snaps (753) and none played more snaps as a slot corner. Also spent time at strong safety and on special teams. 2024 (Redshirt Freshman): Started every game during the 2024 season for the Demon Deacons. Finished the season with 74 tackles, with 28 solo tackles and 3.5 tackles for loss, as well as forced fumble, and interception, and three pass deflections.
