He had to win an injunction to play this year after his draft status was clouded by a leave of absence for a gambling addiction. 1,843 yards, 20 TDs, 1 INT in '25; 85.1 PFSN QBi grade; 0.06 EPA per pressured dropback, per TruMedia. "Mechanically, he's as sound as I've been around," said offensive coordinator Brad Glenn. "Everybody sees the big arm, but I'm really impressed with him." Some impressive throws vs Colorado, ended up 4th in Regular Season QBR in 2024. Spent two seasons at Indiana, redshirting in 2022 before passing for 1,587 yards and 15 touchdowns with only five interceptions in 2023.
